I've raised this to networks, confirmed that routers / STB's have been swapped and tested.
Asked they check that multicast is processing at the port.

Almost forgot to re-mention that I sent multicast packets from my PC, and using a Multicast Test app on my phone, it appeared to acknowledge the packets.

I have recently changed my DN370T for a DN372T & am unable to watch my 'boosts'. Please can an OCE set the DN372T as my primary unit.
The last 4 digits of the identifier are 2f44.

Hi, are you using a Surround Sound system? If so what is it and how are you conneted?
Also, does this problem happen at set times to all your equipment at the same time (you'll need to check this) or is it all totally random? And are you using home plugs or hardwire?
I have this problem too, I was hoping this would be solved with new update-how wrong I was!! All of the 1000+ films are there under a heading called "popular" which is beside another heading called "popular" - err confusing!! To make it even more confusing this can only be accessed when I go to "my boosts" as supposed to "on demand".
As mentioned by the original post, there are only 50 films in each category 8 categorys of genre makes.............8 x 50......8 x 5.......x.......10......oh yes 400! This is really not good service provision, it means my kids looking for a disney movie can only choose from 50, not the whole range available unless they want to trawl through the entire library (1000+) under a heading might I remind you is called "popular" beside the heading called "popular"!!
Really could this not have been sorted out with the "your tv experience made better" update?

Right, I started with Talk talk a month or two back, all is fine apart from accessing sky cinema on demand. I thought this new update might have changed things-but surprise surprise it hasnt!! 
Only 50 movies per genre heading are listed, 8 genres this equals 400 movies not the 1000+ advertised.
Secondly, and yes talk talk all the movies are there, you just have to look for them, but where would they be, mmm, oh right I can only access the entire list if I go to "my boosts" (dont go to "on demand" it doesnt work there??) then under sky cinema I choose one of the two, yes TWO, tabs named "popular"!!! If i get the wrong one I get the 50 most popular, if I luckily get the right one I now have the privilege of trawling through the entire 1000+ films to find the right one.
Really could they not all be put under the genre tabs? If this is not possible could you not put the entire movie library under a heading lets say to keep it REAL SIMPLE " All movies"?? Instead of covertly calling it "Popular" stupidly beside the other "Popular" tab.
Please forgive my sarcasm..., i know its the lowest form of wit, but then I am paying for a service which I am not getting despite this latest update, the sarcasm gets the better of me.
Come on talk talk, sort it out. Surely I am not the only one to have highlighted this problem?
