Hi.
No, but I have tried a different router.
I tried the 633 TalkTalk sent me on fibre activation.
I did send a multicast stream from my PC and my phone received it.
Can you switch the default box to my Huawei so I can test that again?
Hi Sian,
An openreach engineer is booked in for tomorrow (6th) AM
Is that ok.
Karl.
Hi,
The Huawei has been set as primary. Give this a test and let me know.

Hi.
Same IPC error.
Can you revert to my Humax please?
Thank you.
Thank you
Is there a user manual for the V3 remote control.Recently purchased the talk talk tv top box ,but when it came there was no manual for the remote control.Should there have been one with the package..
Hi,
Humax is set as primary now.
Karl.
Hi.
No luck
I just tried a replacment ethernet cable from the router to the box.
Same error.
So that's two boxes, two routers, and two cables.
Still I get the blasted 6023 error.
This is driving me insane.
It was fine for months, and then one day nothing.
In the end I did a full reset of the box and that did the trick
thanks a lot
Jim
I'm having the same issue on the entertainment boost channels
I have a huawei tv box which works fine on freeview but will not connect to any of the internet channels and the youview and talktalk buttons are unresponsive. Ive done all restarts and maintenance restarts but nothing works. Seems from reading this forum it is a regular problem with these boxes which generally needs replacing. Any chance of arranging that here rather than hanging on the phone for ages ? Yours hopefully
I received it a couple of days ago and it was fine. To-day it would not boot up. The lights keep flashing and it says it is nearly ready. I just goes on and on. That is why I'm on here trying to find an answer
Thank you for your prompt reply..I have clicked on the address given but I keep getting a message ( A PROBLEM REPEATEDLY OCCURRED ON -- this was followed with the address you gave me). Yesterday I tried the talk talk help line and was getting the same response.
Sorry for taking up so much of your valuable time. Bilco41

Did the remote come in a box because the instructions were on the box and a slide on blue "collar" over remote in box. My remote was supplied separately though. here is copy of page : TalkTalk Remote Control Guide :
