I want to upgrade to a tv plus box but can't seem to see any where on my talk talk app to do this can someone help please?
Just want the benefit of being able to record some programmes I miss when working

Voice out of sync on sky1
Its fine when watching a recorded show of sky1 but live it goes out of sync, if i switch channel and go back its fine for 5mins or so, havnt notcied anyother internet channels as dont watch any others.
have noticed it does same on my fire stick, tried diffrent tvs etc but does the same
box is connceted via powerlines at the min.

No, but I have tried a different router.
I tried the 633 TalkTalk sent me on fibre activation.
I did send a multicast stream from my PC and my phone received it.
Can you switch the default box to my Huawei so I can test that again?

No luck 
I just tried a replacment ethernet cable from the router to the box.
Same error.
So that's two boxes, two routers, and two cables.
Still I get the blasted 6023 error.
This is driving me insane.
It was fine for months, and then one day nothing.

Non responsive huawei box
I have a huawei tv box which works fine on freeview but will not connect to any of the internet channels and the youview and talktalk buttons are unresponsive. Ive done all restarts and maintenance restarts but nothing works. Seems from reading this forum it is a regular problem with these boxes which generally needs replacing. Any chance of arranging that here rather than hanging on the phone for ages ? Yours hopefully

I received it a couple of days ago and it was fine. To-day it would not boot up. The lights keep flashing and it says it is nearly ready. I just goes on and on. That is why I'm on here trying to find an answer

Did the remote come in a box because the instructions were on the box and a slide on blue "collar" over remote in box. My remote was supplied separately though. here is copy of page : TalkTalk Remote Control Guide :

Using your remote
Button Name What does it do? Power Switches your TalkTalk TV Box on & puts it into standby mode. Source Select the source displayed on screen, for things like TV, Games Consoles, DVD players, laptops/computers, digital cameras etc. Red LED Indicator light that blinks when a button is pressed. TV Power Use this to switch your TV on & off. You'll need to set up your remote to control your TV first before this will work. Pause/Rewind/Play Control live TV, On Demand and recorded content (TalkTalk TV Plus Boxes only). Visit About pause & rewind. YouView View the Guide, including all your Freeview channels and the upcoming TV schedule. TalkTalk Use this to get to the TalkTalk Player, where you can rent films, buy Boosts, and watch paid-for content like Sky Sports. Info Press this during a programme, or when you've highlighted it in the Guide to see the summary of a programme, including a brief synopsis, age ratings/guidance and any accessibility features supported e.g. subtitles. Record Only for customers with a TalkTalk TV Plus Box (greyed out means your Box doesn't have this feature). Press to start recording immediately, or schedule a future programme by pressing this whilst highlighting your chosen programme in the Guide. Find out more About Recording. Volume Increase/Decrease your TV volume. You'll need to set up your remote to control your TV before this will work. Channel Use this to move up/down channels. Guide View the Guide, including all your Freeview channels and the upcoming TV schedule. Back Exit menus/guides without changing or confirming any settings. Search Search for your favourite programmes by entering the name with the number buttons.
