It is the content providers that are responsible for the on demand updates rather than TalkTalk. Not all programs are instantly available.

It sounds like you may have accidentally hit the audio description button on your handset. Pressing the AD button should toggle the feature on and off.

Hi, As Chris say's it is often up to the broadcaster when programs are uploaded. If you give me the channel / player this is on, I can test to make sure it is also not showing on our box here...
