Help.. Could an OCE change my primary box. For some reason the box thinks I have two connected, I am not using my original box but it has worked fine for months then has suddenly locked me out with the TTG 239 fault.
My last four digits of the hardware identifier is 6007 not sure what other information you will need to identify my account.
I have tried calling the help line but the very helpfull chap at the other end did not have a clue what I was talking about and I had to go through all the turn it off and on again and reset my box loosing all my recordings etc.
