I had a text from you this morning saying the following but have not responded as I wanted to check it was not a scam, as I have been with this company for 3 years so seems odd to have this problem now;
number it has been sent from is 07860003298
"Message from TalkTalk: The Emergency services have informed us that there may be a problem with the address that we hold for you. It is essential that we have the full and correct address, as this is where the emergency services will go if you dial 999. Please reply to this text with the full address where your home phone is installed, or contact TalkTalk on 08704441820"
