how long after being a new member will i reieve the £100 love to shop voucher im supposed to get

hey guys im new to this but i am just wondering when should i recieve the £100 love to shop voucher im supposed to get as i ordered the unlimited broadband online and it said i get the £100 love to shop voucher. i ordered the braodband on the 24thAugust2015 and still not recieved the voucher to this date (1stOctober2015) can someone please help me on this cuz i dont want to loose out on somthing that i should get thankyou in advance x
