Just only signed up with a new 18month contract having moved from BT and not yet even connected to Talk Talk and sorry to say but just had the first experience of the online chat help. It really was that bad - all I wanted was a confirmation of contract boosts because they were not on my account but some twenty minutes still hadn't got them - If it can be this bad with a simple question what it is going to be like when a real problem occurs...dreading it.. Have already raised a formal complaint
