Cancelling my order due to moving to a non fibre area

Hi there I placed an order and am due to go live on 20/1 in 4 days! I have received my router but now unfortunately I have to move into my Mums house. Now I have ordered Superfast Fibre - but I have checked and the house I am moving to doesn't have fibre available.  

 

So what I need to know is how do I cancel my order as I need to return this router also.
