Many thanks for the reply. I rang the number, however, Talk Talk are adamant I need to be home on the day my line goes active. However, I have just realised as I have moved in to a new build property, there is an external grey NTE box outside mŷ front door. The main socket in the house was installed by the same engineer who installed the external NTE box, Do I really have to be at home when the line is activated as Talk Talk keep insisting I must be on the day? Could not BT Openreach test the line's connection by using the external NTE box?
