Hi,
I have had a TalkTalk account for over a year, and got a new router and YouView box when we moved house and upgraded to fiber. I have always been able to view the Sky channels in the EPG, and have had Sky Sports boosts on and off. I have currently got a Sky Sports boost running.
This was working fine until I returned back from a few days away with my router and YouView box turned off. When I switched them on and it rebooted, there was a black error screen and it asked me to restore, which I did. I think it may have installed a software upgrade. This seemed to work OK, but I now no longer have any Sky/Internet channels. There is no error message, they are just missing in the EPG, and when you try to enter the number directly it says they are unavailable.
The TV light on my rooter is flashing green.
I have rebooted my YouView box, and the router has been turned off and on again. This has made no difference.
The router is the same that had previously worked. As is the YouView box. The router is plugged straight into the wall, and the YouView box is connected by cable to the router.
I haven't made any changes to my settings that had previously been working.
Looking for some help, as I am currently paying for boosts I can't get.
