I have contacted TV Colleagues directly as you advised, but have been told that an engineer cannot be booked as they have not requested it. They do not seem to be aware of your request for me to phone them to arrange it.
I was asked again to go through the troubleshooting. I have been doing this every day since 8th Dec!!!!!
It's getting beyond a joke now. I had to hang up in the end, I've been through this too many times.
Please sort out this mess
