Just how to I contact your TV team directly?
- I have tried calling - on hold for more than 20 mins all through the day and even now at 22:15? (now 22:38 - I give up, again)
- No direct access via the link you posted
- TalkTalk "internet chat" always busy
Do I have to send a letter via the royal mail?
Can it really be this difficult to contact your company when things do not work?
Can you please tell me exactly how to contact your TV team - or better still raise a call for me directly and offer some real service.
I'm really at a loss here, I genuinely can't understand how my TV service's just stop, very little real assistance given and when a new router doesn't help I have to try and contact TalkTalk who seem impossible to contact!!
You can probably tell I'm frustrated, with good cause in my opinion. I pay for a service it's just stopped for no reason and it seems impossible to get any real help. I can't even speak to TalkTalk.
Any constructive assistance greatly received. If I had several hours free every day to resolve myself then I could just stay on hold and talk to India but I don't.
