Hi - I Can't receive the six free sky channels as my internet speed isn't hign enough. As compensation for this I'm told that I can get 'Picturebox' which I would probably prefer anyway. However it appears that , although entitled to it , I can't seem to get this via any of the on screen menus. Can you tell me why i can't get this and if I should be , how to I resolve this. Thank you.
