I have no TEST SOCKET as such, just the old standard socket which has served me reasonably well many years until the present troubles started. From then things have gone from bad to worse and I am experiencing a service so bad, that I could consider a change of ISP. I am asking you to put into work any process that you may think fit to give me back the internet service that I require, on my present plan.
As things stand, I am never sure of being able to go on-line at any given time and this is now a huge pain-in-the-neck and quite unacceptable.
I look forward to my internet service being restored to a workable state.
