Although not your fault i am still awaiting my phone call from the complaints department to discuss the SAR request. I need them for the FOS. I have also itemised via my mobile provider the many calls I have had to make to talk talk just to get your service working so i will need all calls from all the different departments so they match. TBH I wanted to leave beforehand but was told it would cost me over £300 to do so as under contract but this charge approaching christmas has pushed me over the edge. I have put my number on my profile so once you access the account you could possibly forward the details to somebody of experience to contact me preferably via E-mail.
