Hi David,
If your line speeds are below 6mb and it is determined you cannot receive the included 6 sky channels, you will be put on an On Demand package.
Your speeds are above 6mb, so you are on a Multicast package, you should receive the included 6 sky channels.
You will need to pay a subscription for additional content such as Sky movies etc, but thats the same for every one.
So, now on to your problem. I notice in your line history that you are regularly turning the router off. We do ask that the router is left on at all times. Turning this off can make the automated line monitoring system think there is a connection issue with your line, and it will slow the line down to try and improve stability.
I've reset your line profile here, so if you can turn the router back on I can then see what speeds you are getting.
As to the issue with the Sky channels, first, do you see these in the guide. Channel 301 should show as Sky 1.
When you select this channel, what happens, any on screen errors etc.
Thanks
Karl.
