The qube has indicated that there was noise on the line and this may be causing an issue. The fault is now with our engineers and this requires an openreach appointment.
A text was sent to you to confirm times for an engineer, but as no reply was received, the slot closed. I've passed this back asking to reopen so this can be booked in.
Would you like earliest appointment available or do you have any preference for specific days etc.
