Hi GeorgeRichardson, if your password has been changed by us, then it will be because your mail/pc has been hacked and is sending out spam across the network. We contantly have to block thousands of accounts to protect other customers. Often it's down to a customer pc being infected with a virus or spyware . I'm trying to find out when we last blocked mail accounts for spamming. In the meantime, if you still have an active account you should be able to get the password reset by our colleagues on the phone.
