Over the last week, possibly since the recent software update, I have had a number of recordings that appear on youview as having been successful but when I try and play it, the screen goes black and the whole thing freezes up. I have carried out a software reset but the recordings are still unplayable.
I have subsequently downloaded and reinstalled the software but to no avail. Recordings are still showing but cannot be viewed. The picture is also breaking up whilst viewing. Another box needed?
