I have done that and have been testing it over the weekend, however the problem is still there. The IPC6023 error comes up at about the same frequency I would say.
I also left the YouView box and the router switched off over night to see if that would help but to no avail. Also we have not had any problems with the speed of the connection. We are very pleased with both the upload and download speeds.
