Re: No internet channels

Hi fre55die,

 

Thanks so much for your reply, I tried several times what you suggested but it always stops and says not successful check router connections, which I know are o.k. Stuck what to do next, we've had our router replaced three times and i'm wondering if it's the router again.

 

The daunting task of contacting Customer Support may be looming!
