My partners Elderly mother has been cut off by talk talk, we are totally disscussted by this action taken without any warning leaving her alone and very vulnerable, she cannot contact the outside world from her flat, also if she needs help she operates pull cords around the flat to get help if she has fallen etc this goes to Careline who will send out a helper to give assistance. We are unable to contact talk talk due to it beings Sunday it is also a bank holiday weekend, so we will have to wait till Tuesday, she pays by direct debit each month and all bills to our knowledge have be paid. Talk talk licence should be suspended for the actions they have taken, which seems to have happened before after reading other posts on here, we are very angry that we cannot contact anyone for this is an emergency situation.
