There is a hidden limit in the system. It affects my account and orders over the phone. Its to try and prevent customers running up high bills it protects the customer and talktalk. What I can tell you because of a error that is currently in place the set top box ignores your limits and will add the boost successfully. So add it with the TV and you will get it fine.
