The line speed has improved.
I've been looking at your account and can see why you cannot get the Sky channels etc.
Your account is not set to a TV package that can receive the Sky channels.
Can you give our customer services a call and request they change your package to 'Plus TV Access Everything'.
They will go through the usual security checks with you, then can apply the new package change. The change itself will not affect the billing or incur any charges etc.
