Hi, hopefully the famous magician Karl can help me, I've spent last 2 days several times on phone to talktalk trying to solve TTG-239 issue, havent changed box same box as always yet its flagging up as not being my primary box. I've tried resetting, rebooting every other option suggested and I'm at the end of my tether.
