The Youview box indicates it can't access the internet, unlike every other wired and wireless device we have.
I tried to open "Settings" from the set top box menu, but all I get is the message "loading" .. forever ...
I have powered it off, to no effect, but haven't done a factory reset as I don't want to lose the recordings we have.
Any suggestions, please? Can TalkTalk remoetely flash an update to the box?
