Hi,

 

To answer your points, this is nothing you have done from your side, our teams have identified that some customers with more than one box registered, have been able to receive the content on more than one box.  To comply with the licencing restrictions from the broadcasters our teams have been initiating a sweep of the database to ensure only one box can be set as primary.  In a handful of cases this may set this to a previously registered box. 

 

Our teams can quickly switch the box assignment.

 

Our TV colleagues within our call centres are more than aware of how to set the box assignment, and I'll feed this back to our process teams to have this addressed.
