Talktalk should never have lied to me telling me it was a cable break. We knew it wasn't as all my naughbors from the same pole where online. The engineer I ordered turned up today I explained about the engineer muck up the other day took him 45 minutes to fix the mess the last engineer done but he decided not to tell me what he had to do. His silence says a lot though he knows they screwed up.
