Glad to hear they are still going ahead with the new box today.
I've also brought this to the attention of one of our management teams that are specifically looking at these type of processes and where they can fail. I've passed all the details across to him. He was also responsible for contacting Qube directly to get the box out earlier, and has advised that the process is being refined for the future.
