Would you beleive it! Just receievd a call to say that they now won't be bringing the box tomorrow between 9-12 due to engineer sickness! I've suggested to a manager, Ian, that he might want to review that and redirect an engineer my way before I lose it over this. I've moved a load of meetings tomorrow to be here as we are then away for a long weekend from Friday morning until Monday night and our family members, who are coming to house/dog sit all weekend, won't have any TV! Unbelievable! All you guys needed to do was post/courier me out the replacement box last week when they agreed it was at fault and needed replacing
