Re: Very annoyed woke up this morning with complete loss of service.

Every other person I know in the area is up and running. I blew up today at talktalk. They were not going to schedule a engineer at first. They now have one for Thursday only when I was threatened to cancel. I did want one today but they wouldn't. The mark of a good company is how quickly they fix issues so as this has been bad I think I will be moving on when the contract is up. I will expect no termination fees if there is capacity issues.
