To any Help Team or Person Please
Recent new router, but instant half of old speed.
And has kept dropping, now down to 5.59 mbps.
(WE can't afford fibre optic - can we afford cable??)
After having your engineer install new router we started with Huawei box, speed related perhaps.
Problems such as no or slow button reaction from remote control, not always starting recordings or stopping part way trough, problems with catch-up until 7 or 8 days ago had to fully reset the box most days after being of over night (router always on as advised).
Now box switching itself of at any hour! Reset including loosing recordings but only works sometimes.
In total looks like we want a engineer, with a new router and a new box, speed back to 12 -14mbps or we are leaving TalkTalk after many many toruous years.
I do insist on a urgent reply, as I have waited since February for just a coutesy aknowledgement of my previous 6 postings.
