 Hi,

 

First, swap the ethernet cable and port it's connected to on the router to rule out a dodgy cable.

 

If this does not work, can you pin reset the router - hold a pin in the reset hole for 10 seconds.  When fully reset and back online then perform a full YouView Reset and choose option 4 to 'keep recordings'.

 

Set this back up and retest.
