The youview box has two pins. You have the talktalk pin and the youview pin. The talktalk pin is normally your last four digits of phone number. The youview pin is set during the setup of the set-top box. If this is the pin your referring to do you remember the answer you give for your security question during setup. If you have forgotten that two you would need to reset the box to factory settings
