Hi
I have recently been sent a you view box (as a long standing valued customer) as I was informed following a call to the help centre as the internet connection kept dropping out.
My problem is the broadband speed. It is not fast enough to support the use of the you view box. I have only 1.63 mega bytes per sec and the recommended minimum speed is 3 mbps. Talk Talk new my broadband speed before they sent me the box so that proved to be a waste of time for all concerned.
Any idea how I can improve the speed of my broadband connection? The new router (HG633) is connected via the telephone line. Would it be possible to convert to super fast fibre optics and what is the cost implication for doing so? Any help would be much appreciated.
