As we tend to only come on here to moan about TT and the service we get from them, I wanted to post something positive.
My replacement box (D372) arrived approx 30 mins ago. It's all setup now and working fine. The box responds pretty much instantly to the remote.
I found the whole process of logging the issue and being sent a new box pretty painless. I did it by first mentioning it on here and then following on via Live Chat.
Well done TT, all seems well so far.
