Hi gowens7,

 

There is an account issue, and you will need to speak to our service colleagues to resolve..

 

When you call in, and complete the security questions, request they change your package to 'Essentials TV Access everything with fibre'

 

Currently there is not active TV package and they will need to add this specifically.  

 

Please specify the package above as this is exactly how it is written on the system, so they will be able to identify the correct package.

 

Also let them know you already have a youview box as it will ask them to confirm this.
