Re: Delivery of YouVew Box

If you have a bad UK Mail courier in your area there is nothing you can do other than forget it, and be without a youview box.

I ordered a phone from o2, delivered by them. I was in all day but had the same problem as you. No card, yet apparently attempted delivery. The next day they apparently delivered at 10PM, to an address at the complete opposite side of the street that was not occupied for several months and even looks obviously empty from the outside too. UK Mails response? It's been delivered to them. They are now responsible. Take it up with the residents (the residents that don't exist, not to mention the fact that their responsibility is to deliver to ME, not anyone else. They didn't even try!)

O2 charged me for 3 months at £48 a month before realizing the SIM hadn't been activated and I was telling them the truth. So they eventually canceled my contract, and after 2 more months of arguing, a cheque for the 3 months of usage I paid for that I Couldn't use.

Honestly, you're wasting time and money. Let them make an obvious F-up, or have it expire and be returned to sender. Just don't worry about it as going by my experience, and many others if you look online at reviews, you're probably not going to ever see your parcel arrive.
