The boost is live so should be working.

Now TV is active, try channel 301, check it is showing in the guide. 

Can you access 301 (Sky 1)  ?  Is it playing ok ?  If so, then the TV service is set up correctly.

When you try to access the other channels from the entertainment boost it is not unusual, the first time to be asked to set up the channels. Just follow the on screen steps.

Also, when the other box arrives, when connected, you will need to ask me to set this as your primary box, as you can only receive the IP channels on 1 box.
