Just to clarify, What do you currently use SKY for ? Are they your broadband and phone supplier or is it purely the TV aspect ?
The TV Plus is a vastly superior service and includes unlimited phone BUT, if SKY provide phone and broadband you may run in to problems as you will not be able to run them in tandem.
You will also probably need powerline adaptors if you want to run it away from the router
