Hi,   You can always try a YouView Reset and choose option 4 to 'keep recordings'.  This will help identify if it is the box that is being slow to respond.  Thanks   Karl.

Essentials TV does not include any channels. You can get Sky and other channels by subscribing to boosts but you won't be able to time shift the programmes as the Youview box provided with Essentials...
