iPhone and iPad apps unavailable – 31st March 2016
Just before the weekend, we updated our iPhone and iPad app and moved it from the blinkbox developer account to a new TalkTalk one. In doing so, some of our security and encryption software stopped working. Because of this, if you’ve got the latest version of our app, you might not be able to use it.
We didn’t want any more customers to be adversely affected by this problem, so we’ve removed our app from the App Store whilst we work to fix it. This means that you can’t download it at the moment.
We hope to have a new version of the app in the App Store within the next seven days. We are working as fast as we can.
