That is something entirely for you to decide.
In the current climate you will probably get more advice to leave rather than stay, but trying to be objective:
- are you happy with the service you are getting?
- are you happy with the extras such as free sky channels / free sim card (assuming you are a plus TV subscriber)?
- Are you getting value for money that can't be replicated elsewhere?
- Are the current issues causing you great concern or do you think others coudl be affected wherever you decide to go (bearing in mind the other hacking issues recently most notably Sony where they did get card details unlike the TT one).
Other companies have differing deals so you can't compare like for like. It's a matter of deciding what YOU want and not what others say you should do.
Weigh up the pros and cons of the various options and then make a decision. Whatever you decide then is your choice.
