Hi, 

 

I've emailed our network teams to follow up on this. They are trying to tell me it may be equipment related, but as the equipment has been swapped and tested by one of our brightspark engineers, I know that is not the case, so I've corrected them and explained we need to pass this to NOC - one of our higher level network teams.
