if you have tried another HDMI cable and other HDMI port on the TV and the picture is still dim, it could be a fault with the box.  Try changing the output resolution settings from the youview menus, or as a last resort try a YouView Reset.

If these fail then give our teams a call to arrange an engineer to swap out the box.
