Although what you did fixed the problem, what are you doing to stop it happening.
So many customers experience this fault yet nothing is being done, in my opinion, to address the root cause.
Some of the customers are no so computer savy. They shouldn't need to keep on going through this.
What is TalkTalk doing to see to a permanant fix?
I'm sure that like myself we would all like to just be able to switch on our TV and watch the program without the need for constant reboot etc.
