I received a call this morning form Talk Talk to say that my internet would be terminated for 6 months as it was full of infections. The person said they had identified my IP address. They then said that they would enter my computer to show me the infections and a way to clean them.
I hung up and then called Talk Talk to be told that they would never make a call of this kind.
Just wondered if anyone else has had anything similiar. We get loads of these types of calls.
I'm really not impressed with this supplier.
