Instead of the 'customer loyalty dept' please can you get a manager from the cancellations department to call me, or give me a direct number. Not only has this YouView box never arrived and I'm being charged for a service I STILL cannot use, but I'm working from home for a couple of hours this morning and have actually had to route the internet through my 4G phone as the TalkTalk broadband has dropped down to 1-2Mb/s download and 0.05Mb/s upload, which makes it almost unusable for me. With Sky I had over 20Mbps download non-stop for 3 years as I'm 300m from the exchange. This is the 4th time this has happened with TalkTalk and each time I've had to restart the DSL line from the router to get any uplift, but this morning no effect.
Bearing in mind I've only had TalkTalk for 3 weeks, I would actually rather pay 3 times the price from Sky and know I get the service I'm promised. This is just terrible service.
If I don't get a call today, I'll be ripping the TalkTalk router out of my house and throwing it on the street.
