I have spent over two hours this evening trying to resolve the fact that I can't get terrestrial tv via youview. I have had an online chat where I was cut off before the prob was resolved then had to go through the whole thing again on the phone and it still was not resolved but was told to get a good night's sleep. I now have to wait for an engineer....? Why in these days of remote fixes?? Can anyone help? I work full time and cannot take time off anytime soon just to sort a tv problem caused by talktalk and which I am paying for.
