Re: TALK TALK CHANGED MY DISABLED MOTHERS PHONE PROVIDER TO TALK TALK WITHOUT CONSENT BY MISTAKE

I didn't contact my mothers provider because the manager i spoke to first of all at talk talk told me he had spoken to open reach manager to get there engineer back out to my mums house to sort out the problem he caused & he was supposed to get back to me to let me know when this would be happening but never called me back. I am now waiting on another call back from a senior manager at talk talk as promised within 72 hours but yet again so far no one has called back. I am going to seek legal advise unless this matter is sorted within the next 24 hours.
